Food at the Body Camp
Our stunning open-plan kitchen showcases our extraordinary plant-based menus as they are created. At The Body Camp, you will eat for optimum health as standard. and you will also have the choice of eating for goals of fat loss, fitness and growth, or body-building, depending on your own personal requirements.
Our Food Philosophy:
- Eat natural, fresh, quality ingredients and cut out all processed sugars, chemicals and additives.
- Our menu – designed exclusively for The Body Camp – is plant-based, local and organic where possible. We want to show you how delicious and nutritious a plant-based diet can be.
- Our menu is created for optimum health, fat loss and to re-train your portion habits.
- You will eat five times a day, with three meals and two snack. Flavoured teas and waters are available throughout the day, but caffeine is limited to breakfast time only.
- We can add extra protein and larger portions for athletic training, gaining weight and muscle building. We tailor bespoke plans to support your fitness goals.
- Our award-winning executive head chef personally designs The Body Camp menu and teaches you how to cook our delicious food. You will learn how making small changes can have a positive impact on your health.
- No animals were hurt in the creation of our outstanding menus.
- We support all dietary requirements and allergies within the framework of a broadly plant-based diet.
