The Body Camp Sample Menu
Pancakealicious: Vanilla, date and pecan pancakes with blueberries and whipped, chai spiced, coconut cream.
Beet it: Apple and beetroot salad, tossed with green lentils, goats curd, salted caramel walnuts and hazelnuts, leek scallops and Spanish orange dressing.
Laska noodle bowl: Malaysian spiced prawns in a coconut, lemon grass and kaffir leaf broth with courgette noodles, chilli coriander and toasted cashew nuts.
Essence of crunch: Raw Pad Thai. Spiralised daikon and carrot with red onions, peppers, cucumber and Thai basil covered in a coconut, miso, almond butter and lime dressing and crunchy tamari cashews and coriander.
Miso hungry: Miso roast black cod with stir fried pak choy, spring onions, edamame and mange tout with smokey sesame wild rice and miso and ginger sauce.
