Our stunning open-plan kitchen showcases our extraordinary plant-based menus being created. At the body camp you have the choice of eating for optimum health always and goals of fat loss, fitness & growth & body-building, depending on you personally.
Our Food Philosophy:
Eat natural, fresh, quality ingredients and cut out all processed sugars, chemicals and additives.
Our exclusively designed menu is 100% plant-based, local and organic where possible. We want to show you how delicious and nutritious a plant-based diet can be.
Our menu is created for optimum health, fat loss and to re-train your portion habits.
You will eat five times a day, with three meals and two treats.
We can add extra protein and larger portions for athletic training, gaining weight and muscle building. We tailor bespoke plans to support your fitness goals.
Our nutritional chef personally designs The Body Camp menu and teaches you how to cook our delicious food. You will learn how making small changes can have a positive impact on your health.

The Body Camp Sample Menu
Avocado, vine-ripened tomato and ripped basil bruschetta, served on toasted homemade quinoa bread.
Homemade baked beans, baby spinach with quinoa bread crumble.
Rocket fuelled mushrooms
Garlic and rosemary roasted portobello mushroom, stuffed with wilted spinach and pesto scrambled tofu, topped with peppery rocket.
The Body Camp Bircher
Chai spiced coconut and almond bircher with Ibicencan bee pollen, hemp, cacao nibs, sprouted buckwheat, and lightly grated nutmeg.
Super green fritters
Pea, courgette, spinach and parsley with mashed avocado, green onions, topped with ricotta, basil and cherry tomatoes.
Chia! Hurrah breakfast bowl
Chia soaked in coconut and almond milk, topped with banana, pecans, crispy buckwheat, pumpkin seeds and cinnamon.
Sweet potato and red onion hash with sautéed button mushrooms, kale, roast garlic, celery, parsley and toasted piri piri pumpkin and sunflower seeds.
Essence of crunch
Raw Pad Thai. Spiralized daikon and carrot with red onions, peppers, cucumber and Thai basil covered in a coconut, miso, almond butter and lime dressing with crunchy tamari cashews and coriander.
Fond of you
White bean and white onion fondue with raw seasonal vegetables and a nut and seed crumble.
