Minimising Consumption and Waste

We adhere to Spanish law when recycling and have clearly labelled bins to separate plastics, cardboard, glass and tin.

We compost ALL food waste.
Any packaging that we use is 100% recyclable and or biodegradable.
A commitment to reducing our plastic consumption, for example we encourage the use of re-useable water bottles and no longer supply bottled water in plastic bottles.
Paper free office and accounts. We only print where absolutely necessary.

Reducing our Carbon Footprint

• Working in the travel industry we are aware that we need to look at as many ways as we can to reduce our carbon footprint.

Saving Energy

Taking care to save water, light and heat in all our premises by educating staff and guests on our protocol to do this.

Shopping Ethically

We ensure that our purchases are from ethically sourced suppliers, who pay fair wages and whose products do not damage the environment.

We support

• Locally produced food including growing our own vegetables.
• Organic food where the soil has been looked after and not full of chemicals and pesticides.
• Seasonal food which is at its best and picked when it is ripe and at its most nutritious.
• Fresh is best when it comes to our food and produce.
• A balanced diet and lifestyle for longevity which consists of mostly plant forward eating.
• Including in your diet as much whole food as possible to look and feel healthier.

We support our favourite charity Wateraid by making an annual donation from our profit. We believe that everybody should have access to clean, safe drinking water.
Every year we support our chosen charities by donating holidays. We have helped The Peter Jones Foundation, NSPCC, Cancer Research UK and some private individual’s fundraising efforts for their community and cancer charities.
